Where we work
Most of our work is concentrated around North Jersey and New York City, with regular travel into nearby counties and markets. The venue matters more than the town name: loading access and room-ready time determine the schedule.
Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island, coordinated around loading docks, freight elevators and the venue’s production window.
Bergen County first: Fairview, Fort Lee, Cliffside Park, Edgewater, Palisades Park, Hackensack, Teaneck, Englewood, Paramus and Ridgewood. Then Hudson County (Jersey City, Hoboken), Essex, Passaic, Morris, Union, Middlesex, Monmouth, Somerset and Mercer.
Westchester, Nassau, Suffolk and Rockland counties, plus lower Fairfield County, CT (Greenwich, Stamford and Norwalk), within practical reach of the event schedule.

Before we arrive
A ballroom, rooftop, private estate and tent each have a different path from the truck to the room. Before installation day, we confirm the loading entrance, elevator or stair access, room-ready time, floor surface and removal window.
If the venue needs a certificate of insurance, vendor form or a named onsite contact, send that information with the event schedule. Getting those details early keeps setup focused and avoids surprises while the room is being finished.
