Outdoor & tented events

Bring the floor outside.

Infinity LED floors can work beautifully under the right covered setup. We review the surface, protection, power and access before confirming the installation.

Before sunset

The installation starts with the surface.

A level, protected base gives the finished floor its clean lines. Send photos of the tent and the area beneath it and we can tell you what needs a closer look.

What we review

Three things decide whether the setup works.

01

Cover

The floor needs appropriate protection from rain and direct exposure. The tent or structure is part of the installation plan.

02

Surface

We look for a level, stable area that can support the finished footprint without movement underneath it.

03

Access

Load-in route, setup time and power location all matter. A few venue photos usually answer the first questions.

Once the sun goes down

The floor becomes the light in the room.

Under a tent, the reflections travel through the whole setup. We keep the footprint connected to the room so the dance floor feels like the center, not a separate platform.
